1. Introduction

This site ("CoA Logs", epoglogs.com) is operated by an independent hobbyist. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data We Collect

• Combat logs you upload (Public mode): Text files containing in-game event data. These are publicly visible once uploaded.
• Combat logs parsed via Private mode: The raw log is sent to our server over HTTPS and processed in a worker thread. Neither the raw log nor the parsed result is written to disk or to the database — they live in memory only for the duration of the parse, then the result is returned to your browser and stashed in your tab's session storage. Closing the tab discards the result. Standard server access logs may record that a request occurred (timestamp, IP, byte count) but do not contain log content.
• Armory data you upload: Character gear, enchants, talents, character name, server, and guild submitted via the EpogArmory addon's SavedVariables file. This data is publicly visible at /armory/<name> once uploaded.
• Discord account info: If you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL to support login, linked-character profiles, and admin allowlisting. We do not receive your Discord email or any other Discord-side personal data.
• Usage analytics: Page visits, clicks, browser type, approximate location (country). We do not collect personally identifying information.

3. How We Use Data

To operate the site, display parses and rankings, improve usability, and serve ads.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties, each with their own privacy practices:

• Google AdSense — serves ads and uses cookies to personalize them. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — provides content delivery and security. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising. EU/EEA visitors will see a consent banner on first visit to choose what's allowed. You can change your choices at any time by clearing your cookies and reloading the site.
